If you missed last week episode of Flash Forward don’t worry, there’s still time to catch those minutes lost and watch past episodes on the ABC website then keep going every Thursday night at 8/7c.

After viewing the sneak peak trailer in the spring of this upcoming fall line up my anticipation of this being one of the best sci-fi series that will make history, I wasn’t disappointed.

On the edge of our seats watching this epic story line, the only disappointment, it’s only on for an hour, knowing we have to wait another week although not a disappointment, just let us wanting more.

Could time stand still? That is a question left on my mind, can we see into our future, in our dreams perhaps?

Scientists have studied in detail theories of Quantum physics, with the only true equation is E=MC2 and why because Quantum physics deals with “Nature as She is—absurd.

I remember the first time learning about Quantum Physics was in the book a Brief History in Time by Stephen Hawking my Dad handed to me in 1989 after he purchased this best seller and read it himself. My Dad knew I always enjoyed the topic and curiosity of space and time, (probably because I have so much of it between my ears and to much of it on my hands.. just kidding). Although a bit difficult to understand if you don’t have access to a reference guide, it was still written enough in Laymen terms to get a good understanding of what may lay beyond as we look up into the vast sky, as we are actually looking into the past. Could we also be looking into our future, or as Stephen Hawking writes, a mirrored life to our own.

This theory has always made for good sci-fi stories as in Star Trek series when the crew saw themselves in another spectrum of the universe as the same people except with the slight difference they were warriors instead of peacekeepers.  In the movie Lost in Space they slip into the future from a extortion in space to see themselves or not years into the future.

With that in mind Flash Forward brings us to a new level as it happens in the here and now, 2009 with only a brief look, or not, of everyone’s future on the exact same day, April 29, 2010 at exactly the same time 10pm.

This amazing cast was put together to tell this story based loosely on the novel Flash Forward (Can $$)
written in 1999,  by Canadian author Robert J. Sawyer, the year is based in 2009, a book now added to my wish list of reads. Flashforward — U.S. $$

Don’t miss every Thursday night’s continuation of Flash Forward, and to experience a bit of the future in the upcoming episode watch the trailer below.

I know where I will be and what I will be doing Thursday nights at 8pm tonight, do you?

Catch up to Flash Forward with the Starter Kit, you’ll never get lost in the future episodes with this.
